- Confirm the user exists in Brite Admin. If the user is not found, the dealer must add the user before activation can proceed. Search by Account Name or Account Number.
- Select View to review account details if needed.
-
Select the Users tab to review assigned roles and access.
For multi-store accounts:
1. Review the Hierarchy section.
2. In a child account, confirm both child and parent relationships display.
3. In a parent account, confirm all linked child accounts display.
Note: Click on a child account location, go to Users, see roles and access under that account.
For Masquerade access:
Use masquerade to review or manage user access without logging in as the user. Masquerade does not provide access to reference guides, DirectConnect®, or Learning Center due to lack of Okta authentication.

2. Anything done in masquerade will be: Manage Roles, Business Settings, or Manage Users.
Note: Changes made during this session are recorded.
3. To exit close the browser tab, do not use the exit button.
