Yes. For Legacy PowerView®, schedules are stored in the Hub itself, not on your mobile device. Scenes will continue to activate at the programmed times even if your phone or tablet is away from home.

Schedules run from the Hub. All time, location, and automation settings are stored in the PowerView® Hub.
Mobile device location doesn’t matter. The schedules run based on the Hub’s location and time zone, which are set during installation. The phone’s location or time zone has no effect.
Hub location is fixed. The Hub only updates its time and location if it is physically moved to a new place and reconfigured.
RemoteConnect™ control. When away from home, you can use RemoteConnect™ to manage your system and optionally pause all schedules by enabling Standby Mode.
