Go to parts.hunterdouglas.com, and search, "battery wand" and filter by your product line to find the style that matches your shade.
Need a new Bridge or Gateway?
Unfortunately, PowerRise Bridges and Gateways cannot be replaced. These items are no longer available to order.
Need a new remote?
You can purchase a replacement PowerRise remote through your original dealer.
- If you don’t remember who you purchased from, you can use the Dealer Locator.
- Newer remotes may look different than your current model (e.g., missing the “1-2” and arrow buttons), but they will still work as long as your shade and satellite eye are functioning.

Can PowerRise shades be converted to another system?
No. PowerRise® window treatments cannot be converted to other operating systems.
If you're looking to upgrade to a different control option (like LiteRise®, PowerView®, etc.), you'll need to order a new shade through a dealer.
