Check Common Product Types
Many Hunter Douglas products have distinctive shapes, fabrics, or slat sizes that can help with quick identification.
Shades include honeycomb (Duette®, Applause®), layered, roller, and Roman styles
Blinds include wood, metal, and vertical designs
Shutters are made of wood or composite and typically mounted inside the frame
Note: Fabric patterns, vane orientation, or mounting brackets may also help narrow down which product line you have.
Use the Window Treatments Page
Visit the Hunter Douglas Window Treatments page.
Browse by product category (e.g., Shades, Blinds, Shutters).
Click into a product to view its design details and available operating systems.
Compare product images with your window treatment to find a match.
Use the Search Feature
Go to hunterdouglas.com.
-
Use the Search bar to enter keywords based on what you observe, like:
“roller shade with cassette”
“white horizontal blind”
“cordless honeycomb shade”
Review the search results to identify a possible match.
Match Your Operating System
Once you’ve narrowed down the product line, check for the operating system:
On each product’s page, scroll down to find videos or diagrams showing available lift systems
Watch the video to see which system your shade uses — such as LiteRise®, UltraGlide®, PowerView®, or SimpleLift™
Note: If your window covering uses a wand, cord loop, or remote control, that may help confirm the exact product and generation.
