Registration Process
A warranty registration card is included with every new product order.
You can complete registration in two ways:
Text Method: Text the image with the camera icon to 71403
Online Method: Go to register.hunterdouglas.com and enter the code shown under the camera icon
If there are any difficulties entering the code, you may select “Use your model number or product name” at the bottom of the registration screen to manually enter your information.
Installation, Operation, and Care (IOC) Guides
During registration, you may select your language preference for IOC guides. English versions are also available directly on the Hunter Douglas Help Site.
