Operate PowerView® with Repeater

Understand Repeater Usage

PowerView® Repeaters help extend signal range in large or multi-room systems.

They boost communication between:

• PowerView Remotes

• PowerView Surfaces

• The PowerView Hub

• Your motorized window coverings

You can pair a repeater using either a PowerView Hub or a PowerView Remote.

Pair Repeater Using a Hub

1. Plug the repeater into an outlet.

   • Rectangular repeater: A solid green light means it’s ready to pair
     
      

   • Circular repeater: The LED will flash amber when powered
     
      

2. Press and release the “P” button on the back of the PowerView Hub.

   • Gray Hub: The repeater’s green light will turn off, confirming pairing
     
      

   • White Hub: The repeater will stop flashing
     
      

Pair Repeater Using a Remote

1. Plug in the repeater and verify it’s powered on:

   • Rectangular repeater: Solid green light
     
     

   • Circular repeater: Flashing amber
     
     

2. Put the remote in programming mode:

   • Press and hold the Stop button until the remote’s indicator lights blink
     
      

3. Hold the remote near the repeater.

4. Press the Stop button again while the remote is still in programming mode.

   • Rectangular repeater: Green light turns off when paired

   • Circular repeater: Light stops flashing when paired

Locate Repeaters in the App

1. Open the PowerView App, tap the menu icon
   
    

2. Tap Accessories
   
    

3. Tap Repeaters
   
    

4. Tap the repeater you want to manage
   
    

From here, you can flash the repeater to find it and assign a custom name.

Change Repeater Color or Brightness

1. In the app, go to the Rooms tab

2. Tap Repeaters
   
    

3. Tap the desired repeater
   
    

4. Choose a light color

5. Use the brightness slider to adjust intensity
   
    

The repeater light will change immediately to reflect your selections.
