Summary: Learn how to convert your Hunter Douglas horizontal blind to use updated EPIC™ tape roll components. This repair helps if your blind feels stuck, lifts unevenly, or no longer raises smoothly. The instructions apply to blinds with bead-type or slot-type tape roll systems—check for a metal grommet or cord slot inside the headrail to confirm. Converting to EPIC™ ensures better lift performance and long-term reliability.
