If one of your shades isn’t moving when a Scene activates, here’s what to check:

Verify the shade is part of the Scene:
Open the PowerView App and go to the Scenes tab.
Tap the gear icon next to the Scene name.
Confirm the shade is listed. If not, tap Edit and add the missing shade.

Check repeater pairing:
If the shade is part of the Scene but still doesn’t respond, make sure your repeaters are paired to the Hub.
Repeaters extend signal range and help with communication to distant shades.
