If a red light appears on a Luminette® PowerView® receiver, follow these steps to resolve the issue.

A solid or flashing red light on the PowerView® receiver assembly typically indicates a temporary communication error between the receiver and the motor.
Power cycle the shade.
Unplug the receiver’s power source, wait at least 10 seconds, and plug it back in.Observe the receiver light.
If the red light goes out and the shade responds to commands, the issue is resolved.
If the light remains red, verify that the receiver connection to the motor is secure.
Test the shade.
Operate the shade using the remote or PowerView® App.If the shade moves normally, no further action is required.
If it still does not respond, replace the receiver or contact Technical Support for further guidance.
Note: A temporary red light does not necessarily mean the motor or receiver has failed. A brief power interruption or static discharge can trigger this signal.
