The PowerView Gateway provides integration with other manufacturers’ smart home systems and gives access to RemoteConnect™, so you can adjust your shades from anywhere in the world. RemoteConnect lets the PowerView App work even when you're away from your home Wi-Fi network. Without an active Gateway, RemoteConnect won’t function, and you’ll only be able to control your shades while connected locally.

If your PowerView Gateway system cannot be detected, refer to the Gateway LED Chart and troubleshooting tips to diagnose and resolve any issues.
