If your PowerView® shade is lowering unevenly or appears crooked, try these steps to correct the issue:
Lower the shade all the way down – this can help it self-correct.
Check for level installation – Make sure the headrail and brackets are straight. If not, use shims to adjust and level the brackets.
Try a shade realignment – Press and hold the programming button on the headrail for about 6 seconds until the shade jogs. Release the button and let the shade move through its full range of motion. When it stops, test the movement again.
Adjust skew, if needed – Some products include small weights in the bottom rail that can be repositioned to help the shade hang evenly. See your product’s Installation, Operation, and Care Guide for specific instructions.
