Summary:
This issue is usually caused by a pairing mismatch. Each shade must be connected to both the remote and the PowerView App to work in both places.

If some of your PowerView® shades only respond to the remote while others only respond in the PowerView App, it’s likely a pairing issue.
Each shade needs to be paired separately to both your remote and your hub or App. Sometimes, one step is missed during setup or the pairing process becomes disconnected after changes to the network or system.
Note: Each shade must be individually programmed to the remote and then added to the App. If this wasn’t done, one control method may work while the other does not.
