Why is my Legacy PowerView® remote not working?
There are several reasons your remote may not function. Common issues include battery failure or the remote not being programmed to your shade.
How do I know if my batteries are low?
If your remote reverts to channel one or shows flickering lights, the batteries are likely weak or dead.
How do I check or replace the batteries?
Remove the remote from the PowerView Pebble® holder.
Turn the remote over and remove the back cover.
-
Confirm the two CR 2032 batteries are installed in the correct direction.
Tip: If the coin notch on the back is damaged, try using two fingers or gently twisting the remote between your palms.
Note: For full battery replacement instructions, refer to the PowerView Automation Remote Control Guide.
