Setup and Requirements
- Install the PowerView App on both the iPhone and Apple Watch.
- Ensure Automatic App Install is enabled in the Watch settings.
- Create Scenes in the PowerView App before setup.
- A PowerView Gateway is required for Scene control via Apple Watch.
- Sign into the correct Home or PowerView account linked to your shades.
Add Scenes to Apple Watch
- Open the PowerView App on your iPhone.

Tap More > Integrations > Add Integration > Watches & Widgets.
- Select the Scenes you want to appear on your Apple Watch.
- You can choose Scenes from multiple Homes and PowerView generations.
- You can choose Scenes from multiple Homes and PowerView generations.
- Arrange the order of Scenes to your preference.
- Tap Back to exit. Scenes are automatically pushed to the watch.
Note: Scene names may be abbreviated due to screen size limitations.
Refresh the App on Apple Watch
If Scenes are missing:
- Press the Side button to view the Watch Dock.
- If PowerView is not in the Dock:
- On your iPhone, open the Watch app > Dock.
- Choose either Favorites or Recently Accessed.
- If using Favorites, tap Edit, then add PowerView with the green plus icon.
- Return to the Dock and swipe left on PowerView App.
- Tap the red X to force close the app.
- Press the Crown/Home button to open the app grid.
- Select the PowerView App.
- Wait for sync (orange loading indicator) to complete.
- Sync may need to be repeated for large accounts or multiple generations.

Add PowerView Widget to iPhone

Hard close the PowerView App:
- Swipe up or double-click Home button and swipe the app away.
- Go to the Today View by swiping right from the Home screen.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Edit > Customize.
- Locate PowerView and tap the green plus icon.
- Arrange widget order and tap Done.
- Previously selected Scenes will appear in the widget.
- If not, tap the gray plus icon to reopen PowerView App and select Scenes:
- More > Integrations > Add Integration > Watches & Widgets.
- Choose Scenes from any Home or PowerView generation.
- Tap Back to push Scenes to the widget.
Tips:
- Scene names may be truncated.
- Widget color matches Scene color in the app. Coordinating by room is helpful.
Access Widgets From Lock Screen
- Go to Settings > Face ID (or Touch ID) & Passcode.
- Toggle on Today View and Search under "Allow Access When Locked."
- When locked, swipe right to access widgets, including PowerView.
