Operate PowerRise® 2.0 Using Infrared on the Remote Control

Platinum™ Technology window coverings can operate on one of two infrared (IR) channels:

• Channel A

• Channel B

Most installations work well when all window coverings are set to the same channel. However, using two different channels can reduce inadvertent operation when multiple shades are nearby.

Important: The four RF groups only work on IR channel A. RF is not supported on channel B.

Change the Infrared Channel

1. Fully raise the window covering.

2. On the remote, set the infrared channel selector switch to the desired channel (A or B).

3. Point the remote at the sensor eye on the shade.

4. Within six seconds:

   • Press and hold the manual button on the window covering.

   • At the same time, press and hold the OPEN button on the remote.

5. The shade will jog once to confirm the new operating channel.
