Support
Use SoftTouch Controls
- To open the shade: Briefly push the wand up and release
- To close the shade: Briefly pull the wand down and release
- To stop movement: Briefly push or pull the wand in the same direction as travel
Adjust Upper Limit
- Raise the shade until it stalls at its current upper limit
- Push the wand up and release, then quickly push and hold it up again within 0.5 seconds
- After ~6 seconds, the shade will buzz and the red LED will flash, indicating programming mode
- Move the shade:
- To keep the current upper hard stop, raise it until it stalls
- To set a lower limit, move the shade down to the desired position
- Once positioned, push and hold the wand up for ~6 seconds until:
- Shade buzzes
- Green LED flashes
- Shade jogs down to confirm the new upper limit
Adjust Lower Limit
- Lower the shade to its current bottom limit
- Pull the wand down and release, then quickly pull and hold it down again within 0.5 seconds
- After ~6 seconds, the shade will buzz and the red LED will flash, indicating programming mode
- Move the shade to the desired lower limit position

Pull and hold the wand down for ~6 seconds until:
- Shade buzzes
- Green LED flashes
- Shade jogs down to confirm the new lower limit
