Setup Requirements
- Install the PowerView® App on both your iPhone and Apple Watch®.
- Ensure Automatic App Install is enabled in Watch settings (default setting is ON).
- If PowerView® isn’t on your Apple Watch®, go to the iPhone Watch app to install it manually.
- Make sure you are signed into the correct Home or PowerView® account linked to your shades.
- A PowerView® Hub is required for Apple Watch® Scene control.
- All Scenes must be created in the PowerView® App before integration.
Add Scenes to Apple Watch®
- On your iPhone, open the PowerView® App.
- Tap More > Integrations > Add Integration > Watches & Widgets.
- Select Apple Watch®.
- Choose the Scenes you want to add (can include multiple Homes and generations).
- Arrange Scene order as preferred. Tap Back to finalize.
Note: Scene names may appear abbreviated due to Apple Watch® screen limitations.
Refresh PowerView® App on Apple Watch®
If newly added Scenes do not appear:
- Press the Side button on your Apple Watch® to open the Dock.
- If PowerView® isn’t there, open the iPhone Watch app and tap Dock.
- Select Favorites or Recently Accessed.
- If using Favorites: tap Edit, add PowerView using the green plus, and arrange order.
- Return to the watch Dock and swipe left on PowerView®.
- Tap the red X to force close the app.
- Press the Crown/Home button to open the app grid.
- Select the PowerView® App to relaunch. Wait for the orange loading indicator to complete.
- Once complete, the scenes will show in the app.
Tip: Large accounts or multiple generations may take a considerable amount of time or require the sync to be repeated.
