Advanced Controls and Setup Tips
- Customize limits during initial setup to save time. After adding shades and remotes, use the Room Settings page to access each shade. Then select Advanced Options → Modify Shade Limits.
- If limits weren’t set during setup, you can adjust them after transferring the Home. Transferring does not remove access unless the user leaves the Home or is removed by the homeowner.
- To regain temporary access, hold the control button on any shade for five seconds, then select Temporary Access in the app.
Calibrate Shade for Precise Movement
Run a shade calibration to ensure precise operation. In the app, go to More → Shades → [select shade] → Advanced Options → Calibrate Shade. Calibration moves the shade through various positions, typically ending in the most closed position.
Note: Keep the shade powered on and clear of obstructions during calibration.
