Summary:
Use this article if you have an existing PowerRise® Bridge or Gateway (sold or installed prior to October 8, 2014) and you want the sunrise/sunset feature to match the location of your shades.

Before You Begin
The Sunrise/Sunset setting is available only on iPad, iPhone, and iTouch devices.
The Android version of the Platinum™ App does not allow setting or adjusting Sunrise/Sunset.
However, Android devices will recognize and retain settings that were programmed on an Apple device.
Program Sunrise/Sunset (Apple devices only)
Enable location services.
Go to the Privacy tab in your iOS Settings menu.
Turn on Location Services for the Platinum app.
Update the app.
Go to the App Store.
Download the most recent Platinum™ App update (version 2.0.12).
Recalculate Sunrise/Sunset.
Open the Platinum™ App.
Go to the Settings menu in the app.
Tap the option labeled Recalculate Sunrise/Sunset.
Verify or enter coordinates.
If location services are enabled:
The screen shows your latitude and longitude.
Compare these coordinates with Google to verify accuracy.
If correct, tap OK to complete recalculation.
If incorrect, replace with the correct city coordinates, then tap OK.
If location services are not enabled:
The latitude and longitude fields will be faded placeholders.
Manually enter your city’s coordinates (easily found on Google).
Tap OK to confirm.
