Summary:
If batteries in a PowerTilt™ Platinum™ battery pack do not make contact, follow these steps to seat them properly.

Check for battery contact.
When inserting new batteries, the curved extended arms inside the pack may hold them slightly away from the positive terminal.
If the batteries are not contacting, continue with the steps below.
Release the tension.
Grasp the battery pack with both hands.
Gently twist by rotating one hand toward you and the other away from you.
Inspect the battery connection.
The twist should release enough tension for the batteries to contact each other and the positive terminal.
Confirm all batteries are touching properly.
