If the bottom pleat of your Solera® shade appears bunched or wrinkled, the fabric binding strip inside the shade may have shifted out of place. This can cause uneven spacing or a visible lift where the cord runs through the shade.
To adjust the pleat:
- Gently pull horizontally across the bottom pleat, applying even pressure side to side.
- Hold both edges of the pleat to guide the binding strip back into its correct position.
- Continue gently adjusting until the pleat lies flat and symmetrical.
Tip: You may need to slightly narrow the pleat with your hands while adjusting to reach both edges evenly.
