Replace Cufflinks
If your louvers no longer tilt together or the tilt bar feels disconnected, the plastic cufflink connector may be broken and need replacement.
- Locate the damaged cufflink connector.
- Grasp the exposed end and pull it straight out of the tilt bar.
- Insert the long side of the “T” of the new connector into the shutter stile.
- Twist the connector 90 degrees to lock it in place.
- From the back of the panel, align the cufflink with the proper tilt bar hole.
- Press the cufflink into the tilt bar until it clicks securely.
Caution: Cufflink connectors are made from rigid plastic. Use care during installation to avoid cracking.
